Delivery & Returns
- Netherlands: €3 (one or two items that fits a letter box) or €5 (for larger parcels between 2-10kg).
- Belgium & Germany: €7.50
- Rest of Europe: €9
If you are outside these areas, send an email to email@example.com and we will check the shipping charges for you.
All our products are shipped with PostNL or DHL (untracked unless you request it). Items are generally made to order to minimise wastage, therefore we will endeavour to get these shipped to you within 5 working days. If for any reason delivery will take longer (e.g. you request a personalised product), we will keep you posted via email.

Orders outside Europe
All our products are sold in Euros on a delivery duty unpaid basis. You may be liable for import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and you are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns and Exchange Information
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from beanandted.com. However, if you wish to cancel your order or return an item do get in touch by emailing us at email@example.com. You have 28 days from purchase to return an item without giving a reason.
Only unused orders may be returned or exchanged. Once we receive the item(s) back the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used items or those not in their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items bought in a sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty. Whatever your concern please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve it.
If you complete an order and decide that you no longer wish to proceed, please ensure that you let us know within 24 hours of making your purchase as we aim to post your order as soon as possible. If an item has been sent, you can cancel your order but will not receive a refund until the item has been returned in its original state.
We can only refund postage for faulty items or those sent in error. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit, so please use a secure service when making returns.
